For a healthier shopping environment Stretford Mall is a NO SMOKING Centre !

Stretford Mall has over 900 car parking spaces

Centre Opening Hours 8.00am until 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Late night until 8.00pm, Thursday and Friday.
10.00am until 4.00pm, Sunday.
Shop Trading Hours 08.30am until 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday.
Late night supermarket shopping until 8.00pm, Thursday and Friday.
10.00am until 4.00pm, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Smoking Policy

It is against the law to smoke within the premises of Stretford Mall.
Disabled Access The Centre is mainly on ground floor level and so is easily accessible for disabled shoppers. Access to the Gallery area can be gained by using the scenic lift.
Shopmobility facilities can be found at 28 Stretford Mall. Powered wheelchairs are provided to assist customers around the Centre. This facility is voluntary therefore Centre Management cannot guarantee opening times. If you require any assistance then please contact Centre Management and we will assist where possible.
There are public toilets at ground floor level on Kingsway Mall. The facilities include both disabled and Mother and Baby rooms
Parking

The Centre has both surface and multi-storey parking facilities.
Broady Street car park and Market Hall car park are pay and display and provide 300 spaces of which 25 are allocated for disabled use. The maximum permitted length of stay is 3 hours.

The multi-storey car park has 622 spaces with 15 allocated for disabled use.
Free disabled parking for a maximum of 2 hours.

The car park tariffs are 50p for up to 2 hours, £1.50 for up to 3 hours, £2.50 for over 3 hours.

Opening hours are from 8.30am until 18.00 hrs. At this time the MSCP is locked and secured over night.

Payphones

Two payphones are provided for general use of which one is at a convenient height for wheelchair users. The telephones are located in the lift lobby adjacent to Peacocks.

Public Toilets Restrooms (20p) are provided on Kingsway Mall adjacent to Mark One. The facilities are on ground level and include dedicated rooms for disabled customers (free) and baby changing needs.
Opening hours are from 9.00am until 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday with late night opening until 8.00pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
On Sundays, the restrooms are open from 10.00am until 4.00pm.
Photobooth Stretford Mall's photobooth is located near Chester Road doors. The cost is £3.50 per use.
Taxis Independent hackney cabs can be hired at the taxi rank located outside the King Street entrance by the toilets. Even easier why not hail one from the comfort of your chair by calling John at Metro Taxis on 0161 493 5000.
