Lost and Found Property

Stretford Mall is a private Company and has a right to enforce its own policy on both lost and found property.  Anyone requiring further information or assistance should contact Centre Security on 0161 865 1243.

    1.         All items handed over or found will be recorded by the duty Controller, based
                at the Management Suite.

    2.         All items handed over to the Management Suite will be kept secure and
                remain secure until collected or handed over to a Charity.

    3.         Unclaimed food items will be disposed off by the end of the day that they are
                found.

    4.         Property that remains unclaimed at the end of a three month period will be
                given to charitable organisations.

    5.         Collections can be made during normal office hours, 0900 - 1730.

Some of the stores within Stretford Mall have their own lost property facilities so it is a good idea to contact some of the stores you visited.
